Having grown up in Ontario's Garden, Norfolk County, I am familiar with the beautiful landscape that I still call home. I spent my early years in the small hamlet of Boston, where I attended the local public school and later moved to high school in Simcoe; where I played on many sports teams. Competing in sports has allowed me to build relationships with many people in communities around the Norfolk County area. After high school, I attended Durham College in Oshawa for 2 years for their Horticulture Food and Farming Program. (I consider myself extremely knowledgeable in farming practices and rural properties) After college, I worked for a propagation greenhouse and later moved on to work for a Land Developer and New Home Builder; named, The Villages of Waterford This is where my interest began in real estate. As an Assistant Site Supervisor, I coordinated the building process of dozens of homes from foundation to finish. This experience has expanded my insight into the home development process. I recently obtained my Real Estate Licence through Humber College as a Sales Representative and will be committed to providing my clients with the highest level of service. For Kyla, creativity is everything. It’s not only at the heart of her career and essential to life as a wife and mother, but it’s also how she finds self-care. Her formal education in graphic design was the catalyst to a 20+ year career that includes the Creative Director’s seat at an advertising agency. In 2009, she founded Gett Creative inc. and has since designed and published over 100 magazine issues. She co-founded the noteworthy ‘I Like Her Style Vancouver’, has created and hosted charity galas, networking groups, and social clubs for women. Having come to us from BC's Lower Mainland, Kyla enjoys exploring all that southern Ontario has to offer, styling her home in the countryside, and spending time with friends and family.
